I grew up watching people who were serious about their faith on Sunday and unsure how any of it applied on Monday. The gap between those two days is where most leaders quietly lose themselves not in a scandal, but in a slow, reasonable series of compromises nobody notices.

The Calista Chana Show exists to close that gap. Every week I sit with entrepreneurs, executives and ministry leaders and we talk about the part of leadership that does not make the highlight reel: the decision that cost something, the fear that ran the calendar for a year, the prayer that changed the strategy.

What I have learned from those conversations is simple and hard. Purpose is not a feeling you wait for. It is a practice you commit to on ordinary days, usually before anyone claps.

So the work I do now hosting, speaking, coaching,  all points at the same thing: helping leaders build something durable without renting out their character to do it.
